Went in for an injured hand due to a fall. The nurse, Gio, said he’d bring an ice pack, never did. Got an x-ray, P.A. came in said “it’s not broken, you’re good to go.” Didn’t give any instructions, no addressing pain, didn’t even go over RICE protocol. The after visit summary says literally nothing. My hand is still swollen and I have no idea where I’d even go for follow up. Think I would have at least gotten an ice pack and an ace bandage. Travis, PA was awesome!! Second time I’ve found myself in urgent care. First time was with my daughter and his bedside manner was amazing! He is now her favorite doctor. He was thorough and thoughtful with her care. And likewise with mine! Wait time was minimal and A+ bedside manner and care. Thank you for being available for those with unexpected health care needs! 100% Will be the urgent care I go to.
came to this location due to being sick seeking treatment and were the nurse was ok he was thorough I gave him a rundown of my symptoms. I had a great experience at this urgent care facility. The environment was very clean, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was able to get evaluated, x-rayed, and receive both a diagnosis and prescription without any hassle. I’m especially thankful that they were open late. A special shout-out to Natalie at the front desk for being so kind and helpful throughout the visit.
