I am absolutely disgusted at the treatment my mother has been getting! My Father has walked into my mother's room 3 different times in the morning to see my Mother naked from the waist down and laying in her wet bed. My Father was the one to clean her up and get her dressed. Not to mention my Father is getting Absolutely no information concerning my Mother's rehab schedule and he has been asking for 2 dam weeks. My special needs sister was a patient for 2 1/2 months after a fracture to her right tibia and fibula. She is deaf and nonverbal and was non-weight bearing and I was assured by Amanda in Admissions that her limitations were not a problem. She was not helped to the commode or offered a bedpan regularly and was left to sit in her own waste for hours. Because she was unable to use her call light, she was basically ignored. Awful place. Do not send your loved ones here. My aunt stayed here for over a month and was treated awfully. They’ll let you starve or just feed you slop that a prisoner wouldn’t even want to eat. Needs a complete update and MORE STAFF!!!!!!!!! Give these people who can’t help themselves the dignity that they deserve.
DO NOT BRING YOUR RELATIVES HERE! The food is absolutely disgusting, my mother does not bother to eat nor look at the food.. At first I thought it was just her complaining, but actually seeing it was scary! The staffing is horrible.
If you want your loved one to miss doctor's appointments, have their belongings come up missing, have their laundry come up missing, then this is the perfect place for your loved one. Showers and hygiene are not done according to the 1 x week schedule and medication is not dispensed per doctor instruction. There are some good people that work there, but the supervising staff are too complacent and run a very loose ship. Accountability is non existent.
