The AM team was fantastic and Care was excellent. I was supposed to stay until the shift changed at 7pm. My nurse was rude and lazy and she THOUGHT she was GOING TO neglect me so I decided to pack up and leave, and i was weak and still sick. They had the constables chase me down in the parking garage asking for IV's, it was terrible experience for my kid. Also, I didn't have no family to keep her and they called DFS on me JUST for receiving care that nurse supervisor is a sly sneaky lady!! I will never come back due to tho... read more
Very friendly efficient clean my nurse was very knowledgeable. Spent extra time with me and was very concerned about my health very professional. I highly recommend St Francis over any other hospital in the state.had hammer toe foot surgery my nurse’s name was Bree
The staff are professional and knowledgeable. When I went to the ER I told them that I felt lumps in my armpits, and in my breast and they immediately ordered imaging and referred me to a breast specialist.
Staff were wonderfully communicative; I had out patient surgery and it went very well! It looks like an older, slightly run down facility, especially outside and the parking garage. And, there’s a crucifix every 10 feet, which some might find unsettling. But it is clean and safe and caring.
I hate that hospital. It definitely could use a revamp or some government funding. Staff sucks. The doctor I had was the most comforting employee there. Everyone else, No compassion. I literally was screaming & crying for help. I was begging them to not let me die & they just ignored me & kept having their side convos with each other. They treat you as if you are just a social security number and not a human life. Ugh very dissatisfying experience there. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!
