They didn’t check me at all I said a hour before the security guard Started to harass me for. Being frustrated I couldn’t breathe and I was throwing up in the lobby but instead of wanting to help me they told me to go outside they didn’t take no text just act like they did something then told me I have covid with no vitals or paperwork
Very disappointing experience. We were told that St. Francis would co-ordinate my mothers health needs. Making all her dr. appointments, picking her up and taking her to the appointments. It was also stressed that my father would have to follow her to the appointments in his own vehicle as insurance wouldn't cover him to ride with her. We were told that my mother would be accessed to determine if she would be able to be a part of their Adult Center. If not, they would arrange for Adult Care in the house. In reality, ... read more
The staff is very caring and attentive. If you are looking for a half-way point to keep your parent at home and in the community of others for as long as possible, look into the daily program. They supply transportation and in home care as well as help with Medicaid-care. The biggest problem is reinforcing your loved one of the value in this daily program. Very unhappy with the recent decline of professionalism. Took 2 months for a call back about my concerns and that was after repeated calls. The bus service is extremely inconsistent and it's unclear why, so it's hard to actually trust or get a break. Have growing concerns for Dementia Mom who got picked up 2 hours late yesterday, then dropped off 2 hours early at the sidewalk without prior notice. We're not usually home at that time. 👎👎👎👎👎 I know patients that are with StFL and the services are terrible. YOUR #1 PRIORITY SHOULD BE YOUR PATIENTS. It's NO WAY YOUR PATIENT SHOULD CALL YOUR OFFICE AND GET NO RETURNED CALL. Your concern should be their WELL BEING.. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THESE ELDERLY HAVE LEFT THERE DOCTORS THEY'VE HAD FOR YEARS. I PRAY YOUR SERVICES GET BETTER.. And START ANSWERING YOUR PHONES..
