I have been a patient of Dr. Uma Chatterjee for 20 years. She is by far the most empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever worked with. She gets to know all about you and your life, not just your body. She understands how everything works in our mind and body and life are connected and work together for you to be a healthy person physically and mentally. I could not recommend Dr. Chatterjee any higher. She needs 10 stars. She should train all physicians on how to best care for patients!
It was my first time meeting with Dr. Felicia Hawkins. I was very impressed at her knowledge. Her compassion. I was more impressed that she sat down. She listened to what I had to say. Went into my history. And then she talked about. What were the next steps and also follow up? I would recommend her.
I will be looking for a new Dr as my first appointment was not as I had expected. The staff was wonderful and absolutely dream but when it came time for me to see Dr Hawkins it wasn’t the same. I my opinion this experience was lacking to say the least. I wanted to look into a hysterectomy for my issues and she wouldn’t even consider medical educating me only telling me the negative, I also feel she had seen enough of my records or talked to me enough to understand the full issue. I showed up early it didn’t seem too busy from what I saw walking in to the building. I was placed into my exam room within waiting mb 5 mins. My apt time was a 3pm I didn’t see a provider till 20 mins later no one told me they were running behind etc… would have been nice. Staff seemed friendly and all just would of liked a heads up they were running behind.
I love my doctor (Grace). She is excellent and has wonderful bedside manners.. but trying to get ahold of a nurse when something is needed is near to impossible. I needed my prescription refilled recently and had to call several times and leave multiple messages. No one ever picks up and it always takes a while for someone to get back to you. I went without my medicine for days simply because I just couldn’t get a call back. I wish there were separate ratings for the doctors vs the office staff. Grace would get 5 stars.
