Don’t know who is there now but all midwives in 2021 helped big time with me. I was well taken care of and when thinking of my pregnancy labor and delivery I think of how much they all cared for me and my baby. Dr.Parker stitched me up (no issues) and the midwives and nurses made sure I was comfortable and safe. Me and baby are 4 years into life and safe! If I ever have more children I will be in their care.

I spoke to a front desk staff member this morning that was very unprofessional, and had no care nor concern to my needs! I was in the second week of September for testing, I was told in 7 days I would receive a call back, and got nothing! I waited until the fourth week of September to call because I’m well aware the office is busy, and I’m understanding! If I could give zero stars I would. Most unprofessional facility I’ve ever dealt with, each person I spoke to had different answers to things. Shawna the office manger was one of the most ridiculously rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with and completely lacks compassion. Talked over me, did not let me get one word out and hung the phone up on me. I will be filing a complaint against her.

I went to the obgyn to check on my pregnancy and start on my prenatal care and it was horrible. The doctor checked me for an ultrasound and had the wand on my belly for no more than 15 seconds and said she needed to do a transvaginal ultrasound thing because she couldn’t see the baby even though me and my significant other could see the baby. I told her no and she proceeded to get the device. I ended up leaving because I was severely uncomfortable. And they were rude as hell. 1 star is too high of a rating.

While the hospital integrated their new system the staff/midwives maintained good bed side manner and professionalism. While I had one cancellation day of for unknown reasons it's understandable that doctors may have unforseen circumstances come up. I was very impressed that I was contacted at least a few hours before arriving for said appointment to reschedule. We loved our midwives Rachel and Amy, who are just amazing with hearing and implementing our want for a completely natural childbirth.
