Wendy was so helpful with my unit rental. Five stars just aren’t enough. She was informative in finding me a unit at a good cost. Now I know why my realtor recommended Salem Self Storage-South. And I will too.

Updated review. It was once a five star. I don’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been a customer for a very long time with no issue. I have autopay. Clearly something was messed up with either the bank or their system because it didn’t pull the money this month. I was charged extra. I only get paid once a month, so their claim I had insufficient funds is wrong. I have two cards linked so idk if they used the wrong card. The girl at the counter was amazing even though she was fighting a cold at the time. Changing my review from 5 to 2 stars. We switch from a small unit to a larger one with a heater in the lower center of back wall and was told to make sure that there was space around the heater. There was also damage in the unit that we were told would be fixed within a few days but 2 weeks later we finally got someone to fix it but still had to pay for those two weeks. Excellent customer service, Kelly was very helpful helping me find the right unit needed for my stuff . Can’t beat the prices . I definitely recommend Salem self storage .

Wow! Kelly at Self Storage helped us out incredibly! I had no desire to store our household, but the need came up in a pinch & Kelly helped me find an affordable, short-term solution until the Lord opens the right doors. Thanks for the ease of it all!
