World class staff. I'm under the care of Dr. Salma Pothiawala. She is very patient and compassionate about my care. She took the time to explain my treatment plan and made certain that I had a good and accurate understanding of my prescriptions and her recommendations of otc products. The office is always clean, and the front and back office staff look happy to work there.
I did not have a good experience at all. I went a few months postpartum due to having eczema flare up. Felt EXTREMELY rushed, she was very condescending and rude whenever I asked a question. Then I was told she wanted to biopsy a mole right then and there. Before I can even ask questions about what’s going on, they rush this painful procedure of having mole taken off for biopsy, which has healed horrible leaving an awful keloid scar. Dr. Pothiawala’s bed side manner is not the best, I felt rushed and unheard! I wouldn’t have minded that had I seen any improvements after spending hundreds of dollars at her clinic. It was my first time getting a neurotoxin and I told her that. She didn’t say anything, I had to ask her questions one by one only to get one liner replies from her. My questions were how long would it last, how soon will I start seeing the changes, would I face any discomfort etc. Her well rehearsed robotic one liners made me regret my decision... read more
Dr. P is awesome! Extremely friendly and welcoming staff that makes you feel right at home. Dr. P is so knowledge and explains everything in a way that is so easy to understand. She was very thorough in her work and has a genuine care for her patients. 5 Stars!
Excellent doctor she’s always kind and really provides the best in care. Whatever concerns you have she addresses them and very easy to talk to. Our whole family sees her and I highly recommend her. Her staff is also amazing and very helpful. I’ve been going there for over 10 years! Her knowledge is superior and does also tell you the price of RX so you are informed ahead of time - no surprises. I will keep going to her until she retires!
