It was very good Doctor Sarfraz answer all my questions and spend as much time with me as I needed the new office is very nice but a little cold

I had a wonderful experience at their office. They both have great bedside manner and seem really concerned about my health. They both took the time to hear what I had to say.
Two weeks ago my husband called Dr. Aly’s office because I was in excruciating pain. I have Lupus and Sjögren’s, so I know pain—but this was different and I had already been in and out of the hospital. The office manager told my husband multiple times that Dr. Aly couldn’t help me and that I needed to see pain management, with zero empathy or concern. Later that same night I was rushed to the ER. Lisa is hands down the BEST!!! I couldn’t get through to the office phone, called her cell phone and she immediately called me back and got me the help I needed! She is truly one of a kind, and has a heart of gold! She is so passionate and caring, and it really shows!
Not personable. I received no answers to my 5 day stay in the hospital. Only spoke to Dr. Aly a total of 15 minutes. Very disappointed.
