I struggle with dental anxiety and my experience at SC Endontics left me feeling safe, comfortable, emotionally supported and well informed about my status and my choices. Both receptionists did an excellent job making me feel welcomed and were very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I was given lip balm and a stress ball which was a nice touch and good distraction. My dentist referred me on Tuesday, I got in and treated on Wednesday! It was my first root canal and the doctor walked me through the process, made sure to answer my questions, even drew me pictures to understand! The office was clean and professional, and his assistant was super nice and helpful. Great care and customer service, I wish they could be my normal dentist!
I needed to have root canal ASAP! Was referred to this office by my dentist. Well first of all, just wanted to say that staff was extra friendly. Second of all the appointments were done really quick. Did not have to wait for weeks...👍 And third of all and most important, The job of root canal was done EXCELLENT! Dr George and his staff were the best! Respectful, helpful, and professional. The procedure was painless, and Dt George explained things while he worked. Overall a first class experience. I have a few suggestions: Name tags for the staff. Turn off the music, at least some of the time. Make the billing clear and correct. The total on mine does not match what I paid.
Staff is very friendly. The assistant that worked with me went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Communication was great, I knew what was happening at all times. Dr. was confident, very professional and procedure was quick lending to his great expertise. Dr came in at the end to go over the procedure with me at the end. Highly recommend salmon Creek Endodontics.
