From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted with smiles and warmth. Every aspect of this office experience was phenomenal. From a short wait time, to swiftly being seen by staff. Everyone is very informative, and make sure your questions are answered and you understand everything completely. They are Kind and really bring a Healing environment and wellbeing to their surroundings. I will always recommend this staff and office.
I very much appreciate the wonderful patience and care Samantha gives her patients. She welcomes questions and listens carefully to your question or comments. Always thoughtful and respectful and give one great confidence.
I'd have to say this was the most pleasant stay in a hospital for me. The entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The nurses, the techs, the doctors and receptionists were stellar. I appreciate them and the positive experience I encountered. I'd like to thank them all.
Samantha is an amazing NP, shes caring and friendly. Always willing to listen and help when she can. I have been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for years, since 2012, he has always beenngreat and his staff is always amazing. I'm not just a patient there, I've always felt like family. My very first time visiting Dr Zimmerman’s office, so first time meeting Sam. In a nutshell, she’s WONDERFUL!! Sam put my mind at ease and by the end of my exam, I felt like I’d made a friend! Sam totally understood my Brit speak (which made it even better) when I mentioned biscuits, which are neither cookies or scones!! We got on very well, very professional, and very thorough. I will be meeting Sam again prior to surgery, and I’m looking forward to it! If I could, I’d give 10 platinum stars!!
