Same Day Windshield

Scheduled an appointment for them to come out to replace my windshield on a Thursday. I was informed they would come out between 8 am and 2 pm the next day. The next day, I got a call from the technician at 10 am requesting to complete some other jobs before getting to me, which would be around 3 pm. I agreed. Then I got another call from the technician at 2:51 pm, informing me that the glass they ordered had a crack in it, and they could then replace it on Monday! I requested a refund!

Had to stay flexible with scheduling due to many people in line but once he showed up, he was done quickly and efficiently. Very polite, professional and cleaned up after himself and cleaned my windshield a few times to ensure quality work.

Service and communication was impeccable. Was raining on thr day I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced outdoors at work, so we rescheduled for next day at my home where if needed, it could be done in the garage. There was no need the next day and they came promptly when scheduled. They were able not only to replace windshield but had very sophisticated equipment (to me), to calibrate by electronic driver assist equipment (lane departure etc). Very professional and efficient. Quick, timely, professional. Much easier and faster than dealing with well known nationwide chains. The best part? When you call you actually speak to a live human! No stupid menu systems needing 20 minutes to navigate to wind up never speaking with a person. This is a company that understands customer service. Highly recommended.
