Working with Same Day Windshield was great! They took care of me right away and the day of my windshield replacement went smoothly. Dan was great and communicated well. I was very satisfied with the services and would use them again in the future.
The windshield was installed well and looks good, however everything leading up to the actual install was tough. I was told my appointment window was between 2-6. He called at 12:40, I missed the call due to being at work. When I called back at 1:30, after I was off work to be home for the appointment, he said he had taken other calls on the west side of town and that he didn't know if he could make it before dark. Had to stay flexible with scheduling due to many people in line but once he showed up, he was done quickly and efficiently. Very polite, professional and cleaned up after himself and cleaned my windshield a few times to ensure quality work.
Scheduled an appointment for them to come out to replace my windshield on a Thursday. I was informed they would come out between 8 am and 2 pm the next day. The next day, I got a call from the technician at 10 am requesting to complete some other jobs before getting to me, which would be around 3 pm. I agreed. Then I got another call from the technician at 2:51 pm, informing me that the glass they ordered had a crack in it, and they could then replace it on Monday! I requested a refund!
I received same day service! It was great, the driver was on time, very professional and he did his job very well. The whole process from start to finish was easy and painless. Thank you
