I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’m on vacation and got a very large crack. Representative took my info booked me for Friday morning and I even had to prepay for the calibration and preheld my cc for the total price. It was scheduled for the next day and everything was confirmed. I even called the evening before to confirm. I called the next morning and the rep said oh there are some problems and we don’t have the glass in stock. No call ahead no text or email I had to solicit.
