I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’m on vacation and got a very large crack. Representative took my info booked me for Friday morning and I even had to prepay for the calibration and preheld my cc for the total price. It was scheduled for the next day and everything was confirmed. I even called the evening before to confirm. I called the next morning and the rep said oh there are some problems and we don’t have the glass in stock. No call ahead no text or email I had to solicit. Did well, call me and got me insurance rep on the phone with us and we were done in about 8 to 10 minutes. Next day a gentleman called saying he was on his way. A hour later he was done. We'll done.

Professional service, timely, clean, and polite. Highly recommend. Great scheduling availability as well. I was going to have to wait almost 4 days with the national brand and this one was the next morning.
