The team, led by the highly skilled Dr. Travis Parker, provided immediate and professional attention. They addressed all my inquiries and completely put my anxieties to rest. I am profoundly thankful and incredibly satisfied with the care I received.
I am beyond satisfied with their professional work, their dedicated staff & their commitment. Consistently demonstrates their love in what they do. The atmosphere is very homey & peaceful. There was nothing that displeased me. I always looked forward for my next therapy session. Awesome work to the staff!
I love having mahelona ER being available to us. The staff is always courteous and helpful. We use them for most of our emergency needs. When my dad had an emergency, he was 96, unfortunately it was pretty severe. The staff was so kind and empathetic. It was something that they could take care of at their facility. I was sooo sick when I went in to see these guys- and they were just the best! They took the time to listen and be compassionate, everyone from the receptionist to nurses to techs to doctors were so knowledgeable and really wanted to help me. I think the best thing- and something that now in the medical system is lacking- is that they listened to me and answered my questions. First time I went there and it sucked ‘Okole. The First Lady I saw that aunty was cool. This sweet nurse came out and said hi showed me she saw me. Well anywho it was busy cops with someone in there and all. But still. So some how the other nurse lady the po’e haole. She’s not from here they were all talking outside of the room. And she sucked.
