Was having a hard time swallowing and went in evening, they immediately took care of me, very professional staff... gave me an epi shot and against their wishes, let me go home. They made sure to address their concerns with me leaving without a 4 hr observation... I felt like staff genuinely cared. Big Mahalo!
I had an e-bike wreck and ended up needing stitches. Everyone was so nice. Dr Kevin Guyton was just excellent. I needed 3 stitches in my elbow, and I didn’t feel a thing. He was so kind, and gentle. The nurse who helped me was super sweet too, and efficient. I would highly recommend this hospital!!!
First of all, I would like to commend the staff at the ER for working diligently when I arrived. I was suffering from a diverticulitis attack in the worse way. Their quick assessment, CT scan, and treatment was the quickest I've ever experienced. Dr. Guyton, your nurses were simply outstanding! Your compassion and understanding exceeded my expectations from an ER. Thank you all for a great experience during a very painful time. All of you are amazing!
I was very impressed with each member of the team. They were professional yet kind and listened to my concerns. I immediately felt at ease even though I was thousands of miles from home. Thank you for being a great team,one that can be trusted and are excellent diagnosticions.
Was surfing and got run over by two loose longboards caught in the lip of a 5 foot wave, nowhere to go. Fin sliced my leg open and I ended up here. Was greeted immediately, and warmly. Short wait. Super helpful staff!!! The nurse was lovely, and so was the doctor. She sewed up the wound beautifully. I really appreciated her clear communication and calm demeanor as well.
