I felt welcome by staff. They seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. My wait was less than 1 minute. The nurse was comforting and even held my hand during the procedure. The doctor talked me through his every move. He was very calm, patient and understanding. I'm more than thankful for choosing this facility. 👍🏽👍🏽

Staff was great, came in late night for allergic reaction. My nurse was great and humorous, to relax you. Dr.Packer was great, answered his questions, and a great conversation as well Came here quite a few times over the years, and still would come here for any emergency . Always fast service, from admitting to discharge a total satisfaction.

I’m so grateful for the local nurses at this hospital — they truly made me feel at home and cared for. It’s not often you feel that level of comfort and understanding in a large medical setting. Being from Hawai‘i, it meant a lot to be supported by people who understand the culture and community. Their warmth and aloha made a big difference in my experience. 💛

The physician on duty was exceptional . He went above and beyond to diagnose my problem with a possible kidney stone. He not only had a perfect bedside manner, but his knowledge and communication skills are outstanding. He also made a follow up call 2 days later to advise of additional information they found on a CT scan. I would highly recommend this ER and physician .

My experience in the Emergency department was outstanding. From the moment I got there, I could see the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff, including the receptionist, nurses, and doctors. They treated my condition promptly. I am greatly appreciative.
