I love the storage and really wish I got it earlier. I would have saved thousands of dollars🙄 safe! Convenient! Clean! Pear free!wonderful management. And some long term renters bring amazing healing vibes!
I rented here for a year and a half and overall had an excellent experience thanks to Rainy, the manager, who is professional and on top of everything. Some challenges have been with new staff being onboarded and learning their systems and processes (as is typical of new hires), and the lift may not be available during lunch 12:30-1:30. Rainy is the best! She was so helpful in explaining all the options. The storage units are well lit, secure, and easy to access with the lift and carts. Excellent customer service.
Everything about this place is fantastic! The woman who runs it, Rainy, is incredibly helpful, friendly, informative--every good adjective you could think of. The facility is clean, light, and airy, and the access is exceptional--you can drive right up to the ground floor storage spaces, which is invaluable for those of us who aren't star weight-lifters; you only have to carry things a couple of feet. Couldn't recommend it more highly!
Rainy was very nice and attentive while quickly helping us sign up. Glad she will be on site for us! A very nice facility too.
