I was in and out of there in just a few minutes with the key to my storage unit. The place is clean and there was one unit on the first floor left, and I snagged it. The location is perfect for me and the price is reasonable. And Rainey, the woman who helped me, is great, very helpful and cheerful service.

I was recently at San Anselmo self storage and I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the customer service I received! Evan was so polite, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed ( I believe he was a new hire too). Not only was the customer service excellent, the facility was clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their belongings.

This is the first time we have rented a storage unit and are very glad to have found this location. It is, as others have described, notably clean, very well lit, and you can drive up to the door of the ground floor units. Thanks to Rainy, the manager, who is professional and engaging, and explained everything in detail. We are very pleased.

Negativel experience over all. The most recent negative was the Lyft was out of order and I was told I could use the stairs. My unit is on the second floor and I had heavy heavy boxes and some furniture items to move. Use the stairs they said. I couldn’t believe my ears. They also raise the rent fairly often and the hours are ridiculous. They open at nine. They close at 5:45 and they take an hour plus for lunch. During the lunch hour you cannot access the lift because it takes a key, which is in the managers office. All in ... read more

Great staff, convenient location, excellent units, safe, cool temperature inside. I’m renting with them for the second time. Highly recommend!
