Much appreciation for Lorenzo from a very long term renter. He is unfailingly kind, helpful, warm and knowledgeable. Lorenzo has gone out of his way to help me on countless occasions. I hope S.A. SS owners and senior management appreciate him as much as I do!

We were with San Anselmo self storage for at least five years… Over the time that we were with them, they went from being a family owned property to be purchased by a big corporation. Over that time every few months they would raise up our rates again and again getting to the point where our tiny little shoebox of a storage unit was $200 a month 400% increased from what we started out at.
