I’m very thankful to have had Lexi and Erin as my CCMA instructors. They created a supportive and professional learning environment that made it easier to build confidence and truly understand the material. Both instructors consistently took the time to make sure students felt prepared and comfortable with clinical skills. I highly recommend anyone wanting to take the step to becoming a CCMA please consider this school location. The instructors Lexi and Erin were nothing short of amazing. They made sure you felt comfortable and knew what you were learning every step of the way. No question went unanswered. These women are great at what they do!
If my review was based on my instructors alone I’d rate my experience 10 stars. Lexi and Erin were both amazing people who genuinely cared about our success. The patience they demonstrated was incredible. Overall the course was mediocre. The space we were given was not a conducive learning environment and communication with staff when problems or questions arose, was less than ideal. I was a student here at San Antonio Medical Assistant Program and my instructor was Amber. She was probably the best teacher/instructor I ever had! Everything she did/ taught us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She wanted us all to succeed and it showed how much effort and time she put into helping us. Definitely recommend this school if you want to become a medical assistant! Loved it here and will miss it!
