Amy gave such horrible service! She is supposed to be the greeter and when I entered she didn’t even say hello. She asked for my name and then continued eating her snacks stuffing her face right in front of me. So rude and unprofessional. This type of service looks so bad for the company! Two stars because if it wasn’t for her everything else would go smoothly.
My personal experience. I had an early morning appointment, but I got delayed on the San Mateo Bridge. I texted the dentist's office just to let them know that I was running 30 minutes late. As I reached the dentist's, I was greeted with tenderness, love, and care, meaning wholeheartedly, and got to the dentist's chair without any further delay. I just had an implant today, and I must say, I am absolutely impressed with the implant machine they used at the dental office. Dr. Shankar and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that my procedure went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
