My personal experience. I had an early morning appointment, but I got delayed on the San Mateo Bridge. I texted the dentist's office just to let them know that I was running 30 minutes late. As I reached the dentist's, I was greeted with tenderness, love, and care, meaning wholeheartedly, and got to the dentist's chair without any further delay. I had a great experience with them. They were able to get me seen promptly. Starting with the front desk to the doctor, my time there was an amazing experience. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me with solid options i could choose from. Being nervous with dentist myself, i couldn't have been more relaxed throughout the process. I look forward to continuing my dental work with them and i highly recommend thier services.
It was the first time to visit San Bruno Dental Excellence. I am absolutely impressed with the implant machine they used in the dental office. Dr. Vishnu Shanker is very friendly patient and knowledgeable. His team are very friendly and can provide a lot of helpful information. Even though I called them on Sunday, they could answer the phone and booked my emergency appointment for the next day. Dr. Vishnu Shanker and his team are amazing!
It was the most incredible and friendly experience I've ever experienced with a dentist and they gave me so much good advice on top of the great work that they've done and will be doing. I recommend them to everyone
The best doctor in the world wouldn’t give them up for anything. The staff is pretty good too. I love it there.
