I recently took my mother to this clinic and was deeply impressed by the exceptional care she received. She was quite anxious, but an employee... an asian gentleman with a visible neck tattoo went out of his way to comfort her. Though he never introduced himself, his kindness was evident as he regularly checked on her, offered water and kept her engaged in conversation to ease her. His sincerity and attentiveness stood out among any clinical staff Ive encountered. Highly recommend this place for its outstanding service!!

I had an amazing experience at San Bruno Dental Excellence with Dr. Shankar and his wonderful staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I would not recommend this office my wife took my mother to this office for a reattaching the crown and she asked multiple times that the bridge recement is covered by insurance , the answer was yes, then at the check out the office told here she has to pay $ 500 as copay ,. My wife works in dental field and knew and told them this insurance doesn't have copay , then they changed their word and said again that no it is not copay , it s their fee and insurance doesn't cover! Dr Vishnu amazing soul and cares for his patients. My first visit was so wonderful and warming with great staff. Dr. Vishnu was fast accurate and the quality was amazing. He breaks down what needs be done for a Dental treatment plan honestly!!! Thank Dr Vishnu and Team..

This was my first visit to SaBruno Dental Excellence. I was pleased with the modern hi tech equipment and the staff. I am waiting for them to contact my insurance regarding their treatment plan & out of pocket costs before I make a follow-up appointment.
