The dentist herself was great — that is not the issue. This review is a warning to anyone considering this office: document everything and track your time. Nearly two years after a tooth extraction, I received a text message that looked like a scam. I almost deleted it. After doing a reverse number search, I confirmed it came from San Gabriel Oral Surgery. Super nice staff the environment was great they make you feel comfortable and helped me fix the last dentist’s mistake. Dentist and oral surgeons are someone you need to be able to trust to do what they need to do and everyone here was great and I think they did a great job! Thank you for helping me get the root of my tooth out of my sinuses! I appreciate y’all!
Dr. Briggs is an amazing oral surgeon. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth and en extra tooth removed and even though she said it was one her toughest surgery’s because of my roots everything still got done the way it was supposed to
The staff are friendly and helpful. They listened to my needs and took great care of me on the day of my surgery. The reason they are my new favorite people, though, is that Dr. Nakashima saw me with 1/2 hour's notice and treated the pain I was experiencing. Now, one day later, I feel great!
I Had a great experience here. Dr. Briggs is very nice and professional. She called at the end of the day to check on how I was doing. I love the front desk girl I think her name is Kailey, she was able to answer a lot of questions and made everything easy to understand and also very patient and sweet. I believe my Nurses name was Jess and I absolutely loved her too. It was my first time having a surgery and having anesthesia and she was very sweet and helped calm me down.
