A quiet and peaceful place to live. We never hear our neighbors except for some running water, never see any bugs or pests, the landscaping is beautiful and the maintenance is super attentive. Issues get resolved quickly which is always appreciated.
Amazing community to live in. My daughter is 8 and she thinks we hit the jackpot with this one. There's lots of well mannered children that goes to my daughter's school. The staff is amazing. I have not had to call maintenance yet. I love my new home.
My husband and I stayed at San Norterra while our home was being renovated for four months. The apartments were professionally run with an eye towards Customer Service. The manager was very easy to work with, always did what she said she was going to do and made us feel welcome every time we communicated with her. So far, so good! Maintenance has been really responsive as we have moved in and have had several things to get settled. Jadyn in particular from maintenance has been super quick to help with any maintenance questions/issues. Thanks!
Love this community! The pool is always gorgeous. Office staff is very professional and helpful. Maintenance staff is always on top of issues and keeping the property looking perfect. Andrew is especially helpful and friendly. He makes it a point to greet every resident that crosses his path. I see Andrew every weekend and he is always making sure the property is perfect for the residents! Thanks San Norterra for making me feel at home!
