Isabell Trujillo Assisted me today and she is a true professional. She was kind and patient and knowledgeable all at the same time. The apartments are beautiful in my opinion and the pricing was amazing comparatively to my current residence. Thank you, San Norterra. I can’t wait to move in!
Originally gave this community 5 stars but would now give it negative reviews if I could due to a recent encounter! I am currently 8 months pregnant and was admitted into the hospital in pre-term labor. Rent was the due on the first which I forgot to pay because I was in the hospital actively worrying about not only the health of myself but my unborn child. Toured the property a bit ago when trying to nail down a possible city to relocate to. While I didn't end up choosing Phoenix, I want to say for anyone considering the North valley area; this place would be top tier. The staff that greeted me were welcoming but in a genuinely warm way, not like Stepford staff. The individual who did my model tour (Diana) was deeply knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area. Like consierge level knowledgeable. Jayden has done multiple maintenance requests for us. He is always professional and polite. He is very efficient and always leaves our Condo clean. He is a hard worker and kind young gentleman.
Came to look at a short term lease. Worked with Chris Neal. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went out of his way to provide us with information about all their local properties not just his. The property was stunning BTW. Resembles a resort more than an apartment community.
