Toured the property a bit ago when trying to nail down a possible city to relocate to. While I didn't end up choosing Phoenix, I want to say for anyone considering the North valley area; this place would be top tier. The staff that greeted me were welcoming but in a genuinely warm way, not like Stepford staff. Jayden has done multiple maintenance requests for us. He is always professional and polite. He is very efficient and always leaves our Condo clean. He is a hard worker and kind young gentleman.
Came to look at a short term lease. Worked with Chris Neal. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went out of his way to provide us with information about all their local properties not just his. The property was stunning BTW. Resembles a resort more than an apartment community.
I've been living here for about 4 months now and I can say that this community is absolutely wonderful to live in. Management takes pride in the beauty and luxury status of the community, which I appreciate. So much has already been done here during my time, such as an asphalt restriping project, large-scale tree trimmings, and your basic fire/water heater inspections.
