San Norterra is extremely well kept and the maintenance team here is excellent as is Aryn the property manager. Terrific gal. The pool, exercise room and all the amenities here on the property are new or freshly updated. They just painted all the buildings and it looks all new - in no way dated looking. Everything here is high end. Had an plumping issue and Andrew from maintenance was here almost immediately and took care of it. Thanks guys! ( They seem to take care of all maintenance & accounting issues immediately.)
My husband and I stayed at San Norterra while our home was being renovated for four months. The apartments were professionally run with an eye towards Customer Service. The manager was very easy to work with, always did what she said she was going to do and made us feel welcome every time we communicated with her. Her entire staff were always pleasant and professional. The maintenance staff were also exceptional taking care of any issue that came up within a day or two. Andrew is great at this property! If you have any issues he's on top of it. When I moved in he introduced his team and was very friendly and still has the sme demeanor now. I needed a work order done before a certain time in order to make an appt and even though maintenance was really busy Andrew came and made sure it got done. He's always talking to tenants and is very helpful!
Thank you Andrew!! I had a small leak in the bathtub and a chain that pulled out of the fan and he came and fixed it shortly after I put in the work order. He even went above and beyond and hooked up a longer chain on the fan speed side so I wouldn’t lose my knuckles when adjusting the speed. Very polite, professional and personal. Thanks again Boss!
My experience with San Norterra was nothing short of outstanding. The management team Diana and Erin went above and beyond to make our move in seamless. I highly recommend this community and look forward to our time living here. The amenities are beautiful and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is on it and gets things done immediately.
