Isabell Trujillo Assisted me today and she is a true professional. She was kind and patient and knowledgeable all at the same time. The apartments are beautiful in my opinion and the pricing was amazing comparatively to my current residence. Thank you, San Norterra. I can’t wait to move in!
Jayden has done multiple maintenance requests for us. He is always professional and polite. He is very efficient and always leaves our Condo clean. He is a hard worker and kind young gentleman.
One of the Best Apartment Communities! I have not come across a manager as polite, patient, and understanding as manger Isabella. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard and supported. I’m giving this place a full 5/5 stars largely because of her exceptional service. I have lived here almost 2 years now and will continue to renew my lease. This community is outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful. Everyone in the office is always so kind and helpful. Maintenance issues are always addressed very quickly. You pay a little more but it’s 100% worth it. A huge plus internet is included in the rent as well as a security system! Absolutely beautiful community to live in.
We were having problems with our faucet and Jadyn came right away and replaced the faucet within 15 minutes of arriving! This is the second time we have met Jadyn and he has been so kind and respectful. We love knowing that wonderful people like him work for San Norterra.
