Isabell Trujillo Assisted me today and she is a true professional. She was kind and patient and knowledgeable all at the same time. The apartments are beautiful in my opinion and the pricing was amazing comparatively to my current residence. Thank you, San Norterra. I can’t wait to move in!
Toured the property a bit ago when trying to nail down a possible city to relocate to. While I didn't end up choosing Phoenix, I want to say for anyone considering the North valley area; this place would be top tier. The staff that greeted me were welcoming but in a genuinely warm way, not like Stepford staff. Jayden has done multiple maintenance requests for us. He is always professional and polite. He is very efficient and always leaves our Condo clean. He is a hard worker and kind young gentleman.
I have lived here almost 2 years now and will continue to renew my lease. This community is outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful. Everyone in the office is always so kind and helpful. Maintenance issues are always addressed very quickly. You pay a little more but it’s 100% worth it. A huge plus internet is included in the rent as well as a security system! Absolutely beautiful community to live in.
One of the Best Apartment Communities! I have not come across a manager as polite, patient, and understanding as manger Isabella. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard and supported. I’m giving this place a full 5/5 stars largely because of her exceptional service.
