Jacob was super helpful with a maintenance repair during move in. Fyi- If any prospective tenants are wondering why some reviews are so specific (i did when I was looking), teams give cards with qr codes that lead to San Sonoma's general google review page. Ill happily give 5 stars to the quick and helpful service, but just beware 5 stars doesnt necessarily mean across the board, though we're really happy with our choice, 3 days in
Jesus Carballo was really nice and gave me a great tour of the apartment complex, he is also bilingual which was awesome! I have toured literally a million apartments, and none have really impressed me like this one. I saw a lot of reviews commenting on the high costs, but considering everything it has, alongside the safety the apartment provides I would say it's worth it, or at least that's what I'm seeing as of now. I shall update you if I move in :D!
Rocco completed the service request for my induction stove. I had raised this issue twice with the service team, but he finally understood the real problem and resolved it within a few days. He had to order some extra parts, which took some time, but the service was fast and everything is fine now.
Jamal did an excellent job on our latest service needs.He’s professional, kind and knowledgeable. He follows up when he says he will and is overall great. The maintenance team as a whole does well but Jamal’s patience and kindness stands out.
A-mazing! I was just pulling in when I saw Dennis. The lights in my refrigerator have been out for months. I didn't want to make it a deal, meant to get replacements. But! Dennis came straight over & replaced them. He also reassured me they are always happy to help! So good! Thank you Dennis & all the team!
