Jamal did an excellent job on our latest service needs.He’s professional, kind and knowledgeable. He follows up when he says he will and is overall great. The maintenance team as a whole does well but Jamal’s patience and kindness stands out.
A-mazing! I was just pulling in when I saw Dennis. The lights in my refrigerator have been out for months. I didn't want to make it a deal, meant to get replacements. But! Dennis came straight over & replaced them. He also reassured me they are always happy to help! So good! Thank you Dennis & all the team!
This complex has serious pest problem that management seems unwilling or unable to fix. From day one, I noticed cockroaches and Mosquito's , and despite multiple complaints, the issue persists. The maintenance team is slow to respond, and even when they do, the treatments are ineffective or they just close the request out. Living here has been stressful and unhealthy. Living at this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—right by the I-10 and surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment options for everyone, whether you’re solo, coupled up, or have a family. The amenities truly elevate the lifestyle here: a gorgeous pool, relaxing hot tub, well-equipped mini health club, beautifully landscaped grounds with BBQ areas, and even a dog park. by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I’m not a negative person but to feel trapped for a year I have to say: - expect to almost never have hot water - expect your water pressure to be terrible - expect things to fall apart (blinds, shelves, knobs, etc). - expect outdoor packages to be stolen - you probably won’t have a washer dryer unit even though it’s disclosed that you will. - expect consistent water outages or complications I’ve never wanted to leave a place so bad as soon as I moved in.
