My experience like many others at San Sonoma has been sub par. From an apartment that was not move in ready all the way now to being completely infested with mosquitoes on part due to a lack of proper pest management. Many times I have been told the quality and standards would be maintained even with the property management team working remote and that is not the case. Living at this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—right by the I-10 and surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment options for everyone, whether you’re solo, coupled up, or have a family. I rent through a private owner on this property, but the office staff have been consistently hostile and unfriendly towards me. When I voiced my concerns, they accused me of being rude for speaking up. I can't imagine how they treat regular tenants, as these ladies are extremely cold and lack any sense of customer friendliness.
Slumlords, please don’t be fooled the only nice thing about this complex is the pool. Absolutely nothing else. Edit****July 2025 roof is leaking again. Lived here from 2023 to 2025. Pros: Location is great - close to the freeway and shops Absolutely loved the layout. Lots of storage with extra cabinets in the hallway. Mostly quiet. There was a family with kids that would cause havoc (multiple posts in Henri). They were extremely loud even into the night.
