John and Elsie provided outstanding customer service! They were both extremely friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This place is great. The deals are usually the best in town and Ariana is an amazing person. Always helpful everytime I go in, and love chatting with her. Not a fan of the GM of this store however, who tends not to honor the deals of it 'doesn't go through the system properly.'
easy to find store off 38th Ave. in Tyrone Boulevard however the building is not marked very well. Has a sign of the very top but hard to find the front door. No signs looks like it’s closed going to buy product and they can’t even sell you the product because they don’t have it figured out on their computer system get it figured out guys who’s in charge over there you guys need help hire somebody who knows what the hell they’re doing
Great flower but the prices are wildly inconsistent. I know most dispensaries have deals that change day to day but the Florida Sanctuarys take this to the extreme. The worst offender as of late is the weaker signature strains jumping from $10 special to $18 special. Who in the world thought that was a good idea?? I am good about stocking up during deals but that doesn't mean I don't get frustrated at the price point constantly shifting.
