Dr. Shepherd took great care of me during my appointment! I walked into my appointment feeling so nervous for my mini procedure, but she walked me through what she would be doing, clarified any confusion and concerns I had, was very gentle, and it was way better than I anticipated! Worth the money to have an MD take their time and know they are being thorough!! This was my first visit with Dr. Jessica Shepherd, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she walked in, I felt heard and genuinely cared for. She was refreshing to speak with. She took her time, answered all my questions, and addressed every concern without rushing. Dr. Shepherd made me feel completely comfortable, and it’s clear that she truly prioritizes her patients. I highly recommend her.
