Just moved to the area and honestly chose them for location. I had only visited Sandhill twice, once to start service and the second time because Lucy Danger seemed uncomfortable. My 5 year old English Bulldog had some weird, worrying symptoms and Sandhill gave me a referral to C vets to get me in ASAP. I ended up going to their ER even before my scheduled appointment, but sad story made short, our fur baby was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was humanely euthanized to stop her suffering. Dr. Kari Rosmer, Dr. Gavin Beard, and all of the techs at Sandhills Veterinary Hospital are all worth 5+ stars in the Jackson family book. They all took such great care of our two fur babies, dealing with chronic allergies/ear infections as well as end of life care. Our family will never forget the supreme kindness and consideration they each showed every single time we needed their services — especially on one of the hardest days of our life, and even after we moved to extend condolences. thank you for taking such good care... read more
I highly recommend this Vet. When my dog died in August 2024, they were more than accommodating and unbeknownst to me, I received a personal sympathy card signed by all of the people in the office with personal messages, I knew that if I were to get another dog, which I did, I would continue my service with them. My new dog LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES Dr. Rosmer. She goes crazy for all of the workers, and I love that Jessica knows who my sister and I are whenever we call.
Our little dog Jezebel had gotten sick, we bought her in to see Dr. Rosmer who she had been seeing for years. Bloodwork determined that she was in kidney failure, as well as other complications. Came on really quick, she only had a few days left. Dr. Rosmer guided through choosing to end Jezebel’s pain. We can’t say enough about how good this place is, and Dr. Rosmers handling of this situation. We received a sympathy card signed by the staff, and paw prints and nose prints of our little girl. Wonderful vet. Great prices, accepts Care Credit and is very flexible with scheduling. Never have to wait too long. They have done surgery on my cat, and helped with my parents dog who had cancer. They have a huge waiting room which is a big plus for me. They have grooming services and boarding services as well. The front desk staff is very friendly and always very helpful and knowledgeable about our pets.
