Absolutely the worst experience. Sandra was over 20 minutes late to my appointment. I let her know I did have other commitments after this appointment time block and would need to leave promptly when the session ended. During the session, she did not listen to anything I said and her comments were very strange. My main purpose for going was to discuss the detention of my husband who is a foreign national. It was a very pleasant experience from scheduling all the way to my first visit with Ms Sandra Alaniz! Everyone at her office is very polite including Stephanie at front desk ! Ms Sandra was so pleasant and has a beautiful spirit about her . I look forward to having further pleasant , peaceful , and healing visits with Ms Sandra !
The staff have been great- professional and friendly every visit! I had to call and reschedule an appointment and I appreciate how easy they made it! Sandra is amazing! She helped me work through a difficult time and gain a clearer perspective and understanding of my situation and empowered me to make changes!
Dr. Alaniz is the kindest and always makes me feel comfortable! I feel a sense of relief and gratitude after our sessions. I am very thankful I found her and would highly recommend. :)
Ms. Alaniz listens and asks all the right questions. She is professional, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I have come to trust her to guide me out of some dark places and help me connect the dots.
