Sandra Y. Alaniz has been wonderful to work with! She takes the time to truly listen, understand my goals, and ask the right questions to make sure I’m getting the most out of every session. I really appreciate how thoughtful and attentive she is throughout the process. Her guidance has made our sessions feel productive, focused, and genuinely valuable. Absolutely the worst experience. Sandra was over 20 minutes late to my appointment. I let her know I did have other commitments after this appointment time block and would need to leave promptly when the session ended. During the session, she did not listen to anything I said and her comments were very strange. My main purpose for going was to discuss the detention of my husband who is a foreign national.
