I'm not one to write reviews but my experience over the past three days necessitates a change. I have just become a Sandri fuel oil customer. Within the past month I canceled my auto delivery with my previous fuel provider (past 30 years) and placed our service on Will Call. (Not very smart on my part). I forgot to check my gauge until last Saturday 2/4/25. Was rather close to empty. If you are in need of your furnace getting fixed, DO NOT use Sandri!!! For the last couple of years they have been scamming elders and the disabled. They will come to your house to "fix" your issue and claim when done that everything is "all set, all fixed" but then you will have to call them to have them return 2 more or so times because the actual issue is NOT FIXED. AND THEY CHARGE YOU EACH TIME THEY COME OUT INSTEAD OF MAKING GOOD OF WHAT THEY DID WRONG THE FIRST TIME!
The technician, Donny, was on time and very polite. He serviced my furnace and checked my oil tank. I always have a good experience with Sandri--the phone reception, timely appointments, oil delivery and service. Thank you! Nancee Bershof
We own a 2 family home and Sandri has been phenomenal with their services. We utilize oil, propane and plumbing services. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. I know my 82 yo mother wrote a Thank you card to them in the recent months. Just this week we had a plumbing emergency that Sandri thought they couldn't get to until the following day. This company had been great for years and I had no complaints. After COVID with the Great Resignation it's been a steady decline in dependable service. When I needed a new furnace I had to call and wait several months. I finally called the sales manager and asked if they wanted my business, he assured me they would be right out.
