Unfortunately, the motor on our 6 year old Generac standby generator was leaking oil. Since the cost to repair/replace the motor was $4,600, we chose to buy a new generator. Sandri worked quickly and efficiently to get one installed before the wintry weather arrived. We appreciate their help getting this done.

I'm not one to write reviews but my experience over the past three days necessitates a change. I have just become a Sandri fuel oil customer. Within the past month I canceled my auto delivery with my previous fuel provider (past 30 years) and placed our service on Will Call. (Not very smart on my part). I forgot to check my gauge until last Saturday 2/4/25. Was rather close to empty. We own a 2 family home and Sandri has been phenomenal with their services. We utilize oil, propane and plumbing services. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. I know my 82 yo mother wrote a Thank you card to them in the recent months. Just this week we had a plumbing emergency that Sandri thought they couldn't get to until the following day. This company had been great for years and I had no complaints. After COVID with the Great Resignation it's been a steady decline in dependable service. When I needed a new furnace I had to call and wait several months. I finally called the sales manager and asked if they wanted my business, he assured me they would be right out.
