Sandro is AWESOME!!! I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments from Sandro for my neck and lower back pain and since my first treatment I have felt nothing but relief. After my very first adjustment I was able to turn my neck to the left, next treatment I was able to turn it to the right. My first session with Sandro was early this week and it was a great experience. He was very informative. Megan and Jennifer the PTs have been great as well. Joe on the back end has been fantastic. The women at the front desk are on their game and always assist satisfactorily. A very well run facility. I would also like to give a special shout out Justin Soto, who has done the majority of my PT work until his recent transfer to the East Brunswick office. Sandro is a very conscientious and super helpful chiropractor. He'll work the areas that need the most help and use different techniques and equipment to get things back into shape. A lot of chiropractors just do the same adjustment and send you on your way, but Sandro isn't like that at all. Definitely recommended along with the rest of the Alliance Orthopedics team.

Dr. Sandro is awesome! Super professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best care moving forward, he explain from my MRI of my back what is my problem and did spinal manipulation it feels so good and make you feel better, all therapists at Alliance Orthopedics in Old Bridge ,NJ are great , I’m completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service

Sandro is the most effective chiropractor I’ve had - I’m like a bag of crunchy Doritos when he works on me! But most importantly, he’s helped my back feel better over the last couple months, and he took the time to look at my scans and explain to me what he was seeing. I appreciate that he truly cares about his patients.
