Just spoke to Valerie who was wonderful and so kind. She assisted me with a unique question and she even got help from her team mate...great teamwork! I miss great customer service especially nowadays when it seems to be lacking but not here! They are awesome! Thank you!

Leticia, was very patient as she understood I suffer from a brain injury. She was very informative as she provided detailed information on my medication. Leticia has impeccable customer service skills, and I was overall highly satisfied without spending little to zero time on hold.

The team was extremely helpful with every question I had and put to rest all my fears! The first person I talked there was Toy, we both hit it off from the get go! I especially appreciated the help given in using a syringe as opposed to an EPI pen. My wife administered the shots as I chose the cowards way out. The product works! If asked I will recommend y'all to anyone who may be in need. Wish y'all a Merry Christmas! Thanks to all.
