Fantastic service, especially given sometimes we have specific requirements on dates and times of delivery for the medication. Always friendly and spot on, thank you.!
Overall my experience has been good. Certainly the team has been helpful when I have spoken with them. Biggest challenge is knowing when a refrigerated package will be shipped. Sometimes orders process quickly. Other times they do not and I find out last minute a package is being delivered that day. I cannot always be home or even may be out of town which is problematic for a refrigerated package. Need better coordination and communication around delivery to ensure that a package can be received as needed.
