I've received my 2nd prescription from SandsRX now. Their service is superb. My Customer Service representative, Hannah. Is friendly, patient, kind, and most importantly, she delivers great service. My prescription is always packaged securely and delivered on time. Thank you all for getting my prescription here quickly.
Do have to hold sometimes, but pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m absolutely amazed with this pharmacy. Customer service is very top tier. Lexi on the IVF team was Super helpful I let her know this was my first time doing this type of treatment and she was really helpful . Great customer service all around . I done had previous run in with some bad clinics and pharmacies but I can honestly say SandsRx is my go to . For My fertility treatments .

I was having issues with the communication between the pharmacy and my doctor’s office. I called to check on my meds, and when I talked with Valerie, she noticed that it had taken over a week since my script had been sent in. Valerie noticed that I lived close to where she livedd and offered to bring my medication to me on her way home. She went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful.
