Thank you .my son really wanted to get on methadone and he did not have I'd so he was disappointed and wanted to give up because he didn't have address to get his ID .but with alit of careing nurse from your program they called him every moring to help him fiqure our a way to get his ID so he could start getting the meds he needs .he's doing so much better he's in so much pain chasing the drugs on the street.hes been u. ***COURTESY DOSE EXPERIENCE*** Guest dosing ease/experience Guest dose cost Staff Clinic overall This place is definitely not the nicest clinic. Was difficult to find, In the motel parking lot around the corner, the entrance is in the very back. I courtesy dosed here, from out of state, for two consecutive days, a Wednesday & Thursday. Changing my review to a five star.. This clinic has really turned things around the last year with all the new staff!! Very friendly nurses and great counselors that will go out of there way to help you!! Nice change considering this was one of the worst clinics around not that long ago

I've never had a problem with the staff. They are always super nice to me. Even offered me coffee and a snack, while I waited for my in-take. And to top that off, some of the female staff are super hot. So that's always a plus. =P.... Their Doctor is professional. He definitely cares about his patient. It's about time I found a clinic that actually cares. I've been to several clinics in AZ & CA. This is by far, the best clinic I've been to.

If you plan on ever getting off Methadone DO NOT come to this facility. They will give you all the Methadone you want but when you decide to get off of it, there are no limits to the depths they will stoop to in order to block your every effort to better your life. Really think hard about where you go for treatment. Plenty of other options are available.

I would give this place ZERO stars if it'd let me. What a terrible experience. I was dosing here for 2 years and started my taper plan after 1 1/2 years to start getting off of this medication. It was when I started my taper plan when I was met with an issue every week / month when I went in to get my medication. From stopping my taper without my consent, to insurance issues where I had to pay out of pocket for a month without them notifying me, to my counselor Alex at the time who HAS NO CLUE WHAT HES DOING and cares more a... read more

Awful place! So unprofessional! The person who i spoke told me to take my family member to Tijuana, where i can find people who will make them talk! Since here in the United state is Ilegal. So did this person just suggest i take my Family member to Tijuana to get torture? Really? That's the best advice you give to people who are trying to get help!? Please do not bother to call this place! They are so disrespectful! MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL! TAKE IT SERIOUS!

This place is so unprofessional! I went to this clinic for 7 years.... I have never been treated so poorly by a medical clinic before. The staff except for some of the nurses... treat the patients as if we weren't humans. No one should ever feel degraded for trying to get help and that's exactly what the staff at this clinic do is degrade you. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!

The nurses are about the only decent staff at this place besides them everyone there is rude unprofessional and tacky with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 counselors. Specially the new receptionist "Ruthie" who has taken her job description out of context.Even when everyone's business has nothing to do with her responsibilities she will make it her #1 priority to give you a whole run down on the clinics rules and regulations as if we're a new patient place.
