Don't leave your loved ones here. They do not care about the residents, they care about profit. The put in the lowest amount of effort they can to scrape by. Patients are seriously neglected, ignored and left dirty. Thank God I was able to get my family member out of here, not everyone is so lucky. Avoid.
My husband and I moved to Santa Marta six years ago, after determining that we were tired of home ownership and ready to be pampered for the next chapter of our lives...and pampered we have been! The staff at Santa Marta see their mission as making our lives as stress free as possible, from providing us with delicious food day in and day out, to making sure our physical, social and spiritual needs are met. I could go on at length, but I'll end by saying that coming here was among the best decisions we have ever made!
My in-laws love Santa Marta! They have made friends with several people in independent living and enjoy a lot of different activities - including ping pong and trivia night. When we visit we are warmly welcomed by staff and those who live there. Our kids also really enjoy visiting and dining in the restaurant.
I really enjoy living at Santa Marta. The people who live here care about each other. There are many staff members who have worked here for many years Healthcare has all levels of care and if I need to move from Independent Living to Healthcare, I have priority if there is a waitlist and I will receive a significant discount on the charges because I moved from Independent Living to Healthcare. I have lived here for almost five years and have not regretted my decision.
can only review from the standpoint of a visitor, but seems friendly, quiet and high quality. I think I'd feel very fortunate to live there.
