We moved my parents to Santa Marta a little over a year ago, and we still can't get over how wonderful the experience has been. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted by friendly, caring staff who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Santa Marta was amazing for our Mom. The entire staff was so helpful every step of the way. Santa Marta became an extension of our family and their deep compassion and high level of caring never wavered. The importance of communication with our family was a high priority for Santa Marta and it showed. Some of their staff have been there for years which says a lot about the Santa Marta culture. Thanks for taking such good care of our Mom!
I have had such a wonderful experience with my family at Santa Marta. The Healthcare side is bar none the best and I have experience with others through my wife/friends. Include Santa Marta in your research, you won’t regret it.
I would gladly give SM five stars except for one major weakness: the fitness center. It is a cramped space that holds only a few pieces of equipment and is not large enough to have a ping pong table permanently set up. Finally, some of the equipment is not satisfactory and should be replaced with higher quality equipment. Although not directly related, SM could benefit by having a pool table in a dedicated room.
My husband and I moved to Santa Marta six years ago, after determining that we were tired of home ownership and ready to be pampered for the next chapter of our lives...and pampered we have been! The staff at Santa Marta see their mission as making our lives as stress free as possible, from providing us with delicious food day in and day out, to making sure our physical, social and spiritual needs are met. I could go on at length, but I'll end by saying that coming here was among the best decisions we have ever made!
