My Mom suffered a stroke in early 2023. Santa Marta was recommended to me by some of the nursing and CNA staff for a longer-term care facility. The staff at this facility are very caring. They took wonderful care of my Mother (D. Brown). The staff truly care for your loved one as if they are their own parents and/or grandparents. Thank you so much, Cerita, Daniel, Maddie, Lilly, Monica, even the cleaning and dining room staff. To all of you, please forgive me if I can't remember all of your names. THANK YOU SO MUCH! May God ... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Santa Marta and we've just moved my mother in! First of all, Marsha and Kate were amazing help through the process of deciding on floor plans and timelines. Then they gave me the biggest gift in connecting me with Linda Scardino of Gentle Changes and C&C Relocation Services. Linda is a saint! She took my stress and anxiety, about moving my mother and making so many decisions about the move, down 1000% from the moment I spoke to her on the phone. We had to place my Mother in Santa Marta for a 30 day rehab stay due to a fall and injured knee. Santa Marta employees have been wonderful to her and in keeping me updated on her care since we could not see her due to the current pandemic situation. Our experience has been very favorable and we recommend them highly to anyone looking for a safe. Friendly environment for placing their loved ones for rehabilitation.

My mother actually loved all the residence who lived here. This story is bitter sweet because we lost our mother this year because of COVID. My personal grievance was with RED and his direct supervisor. I live in a different state and was trying to move my mother into Santa Marta. She wanted to live in a Catholic Christian community. The only way I could help her was to have Santa Marta was fill out my Family Leave paperwork. I literally would be allowed to leave work with no pay. And, they would keep my position for me in ... read more

I spent a wonderful 11 years with the Santa Marta family. Customer service/hospitality was very much appreciated by the wonderful residents of Santa Marta. We loved our residents and they showed us that they loved us right back. I am unable to individually give kudos to any one person as all 200+ associates were wonderful team players. I will always cherish my time at Santa Marta and hopefully one day we will reunite.
