I am an extremely busy person but I would be remiss in not taking a moment to celebrate the outstanding experience I had with Santa Monica Veterinary Group last night. At 7:00pm, I found myself scrambling on google to find a Vet, needing to immediately update a vaccine record for an HOA lease agreement. From the moment I called, I was assured they could help. Amazing experience! Kelli at the front desk was so helpful, professional and kind! Priscilla was amazing with my not so easy chihuahua. Dr. Berg was great and took such good care of Ziggi with his back issue. I highly recommend SMVG!
We’ve been bringing our pup here since 2020 when Dr. Jones was the vet, and we continue to be so grateful for the incredible care this practice provides. Dr. Hinchey is remarkably kind and always makes sure our pet feels completely safe and at ease. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and has made quick, decisive calls right when we needed them most. I had a great first visit here! The ladies were so helpful on the phone. My friend’s pup had a similar issue to my pup and she shared her experience here. Yup this doctor was way more open minded to alternative solutions before going straight to serious testing $$$$ compared to two other vet offices. Really appreciated the support and am coming back here
Truly love SMVG! I have a 16 year old chihuahua and I moved to the area about 2 years ago. Finding a vet is sometimes difficult but here, I came once- and I’ll stay forever! I have to call myself out because I get spicy when overwhelmed and I ran out of meds last year while I was traveling- I really got upset over the phone and they stayed calm- had their manager call me and she helped square it away.
