The who time I lived there they did change my AC air filters nor did they have a closing working refrigerator. We asked numerous times to have the neighbors stop stomping and nothing was ever handled. You can not ever get a hold of anyone in the front office and you will receive different charges to your account each month. I don't recommend anyone to move here unless it's your last option. Black mold in the walls in the bathrooms don't drain properly. Best thing I did was leave
Horrible don’t move here if I coulda found out all the stuff about this horrible experience I would have never came no fitness room access over 90 days buildings are old nothing like the pictures please don’t be fooled. Rent office not really trained on anything they can’t give u answers to anything just always looking stupid and confused. Dogs use bathroom all over property. Halls smell of dead rats. Emily is a true asset to Sapphire. There has never been a time I called and not been assisted with courtesy and respect she always has a answer and solution. I have been reading reviews listed and not sure where these people are living I have lived here almost 3 years. I have never had a repair issue that was not handled the same day or the very next day. Emily is the team member I had the privilege to work with today and she made sure it was a great experience! She demonstrated excellent customer service skills and a big heart for the tenants' needs. I don't think I've met someone who cares more about their tenants as much as she does!
Currently, I’m a resident only have two months left thank God. I’ve lived in several different states in different apartment complexes and by far this is the worst one. Not only do they not answer their phone in the office they don’t follow up with issues. We’ve had numerous complaints to them about bugs, roaches, flying bugs. No response back. When they did have workers come to get rid of roaches it made more of them come out . The fitness room has been closed this whole entire time. They kept giving excuses about how we ha... read more
