I had a serious issue with my apartment and I found myself extremely upset about work done by an outside plumbing crew. The manager, Kianna, handled my anger in a caring and professional manner. Not only did she solve my issue, and not only did she earn my respect but she also went outside of the scope of her responsibilities to do it and with such a positive spirit and air of genuine concern. I am now a fan and a cheerleader of hers!!
We suffered from black mold and they waited until we gave notice to attempt to clean it up. its solid on the second floor rafters. Many building violations. We are still suffering from the exposure. The office staff was nice when we first moved in.
no stars here just a water pipe break in living room floor and no one to fix over the weekend Sunday nor Monday I only pray the water damage does not spread more and ruin our personal belongings this is the second water pipe break should have moved with the first one which was in the master bed room 1st floor.:(
CONS: This place is terribly priced. You get nothing for your money. Speaking of money, taking yours is the only thing that they do fast around here. The grass everywhere is gross because it’s dog shit and piss changing the color of the grass into brown. No one picks up their dog shit. The dumpster area is literally disgusting, absolutely disgusting. The carpets hurt your feet because it’s super cheap. I’ve never lived anywhere with carpeting such as this place.
