Sara is quite talented, located in mid-Michigan and has been helping me for about 7 months. Her instincts and instructions are spot on and I trust her with my health, and truly appreciate her kindness and compassion.
Lifestance is a great place for anyone who needs therapy and medication for their mental illness. They do zoom visits and I would totally recommend them to anyone having mental health issues. My psychiatrist is Sara Elmore and she's really awesome. She's already helped me a lot in just 2 sessions. Great place to go and great health provider to see!!
I had my first appointment today and it was an extremely good experience. I’m always very nervous meeting a new provider, but the thing I liked the most is that she took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She asked a lot of questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the issues I was having. I felt comfortable being open with her and never felt judged.
