Our visit was ok. I felt unprepared. Sarah was gentle with Louise. Spoke to her and had her write down how she was feeling vs making her talk. I felt heard. I'm not sure about meds she's on, but on reflection understand why she doesn't want to make any med changes just reducing resperdone in morning and increasing at night.
Sara is great! She is smart and really kind. She listens. When you submit a request for a refill she is quick. I have had really good luck with Lifestance in Colorado as well when I used to live there. Seems like a good company. I have not had any issues since I have used them for 3 years.
My provider is very helpful and she listens to me.
I am very happy with Sara. She shows concern for me, gives good council and makes me feel well cared for.
