My husband had major spine surgery in February. For some unknown reason on the day of discharge, they switched his muscle relaxer. We were on our way out the door when they gave him a new muscle relaxer. Well it made my husband stop breathing and we spent the next three days in ICU. For three months, I’ve asked Sarah and everyone at OSF who ordered this medication and why was it changed. No one will give me an answer. She’s rude, very condescending and even lied to my husband and I. I would never go to Peoria OSF again.
