Great company to do business with. I call my reps they answer the cellphone and answer my questions on the spot. None of those phone mazes “please press 3 to talk to someone”
They always call me back when there is a problem. They have always sent my units asap. I am pleased with the customer service and the devices.
Sarekon has been an amazing company to work with. Our rep is extremely responsive which is a huge plus. She solves my problems any time I have any and takes all my feedback to her higher ups. I appreciate their product and its reliability as well.
