Been using them for 5 years, they offer the best most reliable trackers in the industry hands down and best prices. I always repo my assets with no issues or delays. I never seen a better support staff handle my concerns. This company has always catered to my needs and that’s unseen in today’s businesses. I highly recommend Sarekon
This company is a joke. I specifically asked them not to share an email regarding an issue I had with one of their resellers... What do they do? Forward the email to the exact person who I had issues with. Trashed the business relationship my company had with said reseller and the "gps guy" refuses to speak with me or own up to the mistakes made by his company. Great company to do business with. I call my reps they answer the cellphone and answer my questions on the spot. None of those phone mazes “please press 3 to talk to someone”
