Thank you, Susan! 😊 My favorite hygienist, Patricia, no longer works there, so I was a little disappointed when I arrived for my appointment because I had been looking forward to seeing her. However, Susan more than made up for it! She did an amazing and thorough job with my dental cleaning. I was ready to push my daughter to proceed with a surgical dental procedure to save time, but I’m glad the dentist listened to her and encouraged us to wait until she was ready. I appreciate the dentist’s kindness and patience—it made a real difference.
My teenage son has an extreme fear of the dentist and this was the 4th place we tried to get basic dental work done. Dr. Hedgecock is amazing and patient. He calmed my son down, talked him off the ledge a couple times and built a relationship with him that he now trusts. Eman, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. Great experience after just arriving in Saskatoon. Handling transferring my information from my previous dentist smoothly, cutting down the cost of X-Rays.
It's hard to say I had a good experience at the dentist as I suffer from pretty major dentist anxiety due to some traumatic history with previous dental procedures elsewhere, but this was probably the best I've ever had. The hygienist Carlie was very patient and understanding and very gentle. The dentist was also very gentle and caring and took the time to address my fears and concerns.
