We were staying at Talladega for NASCAR Race and Jake was there for anyone having issues with their RV. We needed Jake's help when our awning wouldn't retract. Jake got it rolled back up and tied up so we can get it home and to dealer to have everything looked at under warranty. He was an awesome guy and trying to get us out & home. He was God send on this already frustrating weekend with the RV. Thank You Jake !!!

Our RV broke down on the side of the road. And one call after explaining to Jake my issues he got me pointed in the right direction and was able to get back on the road. He is very Knowledgeable and helpful even over the phone he helped me with my issue.

I'd like to take a moment to shout out Satellite RV Repair. We were having an issue with our RV furnace that we thought we could tackle ourselves. However, once we had it back together, there was a plug that didn't seem to have an obvious space to go. It was 25 degrees, 8 pm at night, and we were cold and clearly frustrated.
