RecommendedJake and Matt we excellent technicians. Came out and diagnosed my air condition problem within a couple of hours. They both worked quick and efficiently. They also went above and beyond. Very satisfied with my experience. Will be using them again.
I do not have enough kind words to describe my interaction with this company today (Jake). I had an issue with my front AC not working and Jake squeezed me in, diagnosed the issue in a very methodical and professional way and repairs completed. Saved us from cancelling our trip to DeSoto falls next week!
My husband called for service tech said he would get back with his boss and they would call back in an hour,7 hours later someone callled and said they would there by six (it was 4 pm).so we waited and waited at 8 they finally texted and said would be 10-11 am so again here we are contacted tech he said running late be there sometime today.we told them we would find someone else
I do not recommend this company as he made a claim and was paid by our insurance company, however we did not receive our parts ordered. A thief that’s what you’re rated. A prior post same issue.
Do not ever use this company all they did for us was screw up our roof and mess up our slide out promised a lot and delivered a nightmare, took us for $6000. Never got our new awning he swore he had in his shop. Completely untrustworthy.
We paid for a slide out floor to be replaced, gutters system to be cleaned and replaced, a new electric awning and installation. He sent his employee to replace the flooring it would not close or open completely. His employee power washed the roof of the RV exposing raw wood requiring the entire roof to be replaced. We never received the awning. We have been trying to get in touch with him since July. I turned this over to Better Business Bureau and he didn’t respond to any of their requests.
