I had an issue with my A/C unit and Satterlee sent someone out immediately. The technician fixed my issue that day! I loved the fact that he did not try and sell me a new unit like another company I had used previously. The price was reasonable and my air is working!! Thank you!!
After using all kinds of shade tree guys to service my HVAC I had enough no shows and unresolved problems, so I thought I would bite the bullet and give the big guy a chance. I was totally impressed. He fixed the recurring problem that even the guy who installed it couldn't figure out! Turned out the unit's controls were mis-wired from day one! Satterlee HVAC is highly recommended - we bought a Lennox system 9 years ago from an independent dealer who has since been bought out by Paschal. Pashcal would not warranty the parts We had purchased a Lennox system for the 10 year warranty. They said they purchased the business and did not have our unit in their records - I went on line and pulled the warranty off the Lennox site (with my serial number) and actually talked to Lennox directly as well. Installed our new hvac unit. Travis was great, had a hiccup and it was fixed asap. Couldn’t have asked for better service or response. Highly recommend.
Has absolutely nothing to do with HVAC services but yesterday, my dad and I got stuck in the snow when trying to turn into work. A Saterlee employee saw we were stuck and came out of his truck either a small shovel and offered to get us free. I then got stuck AGAIN at the street just out of the parking lot and he got me unstuck again. Didn’t ask for a review, just did it out of the kindness of his heart. This is the type of person and company you are hiring when you choose Saterlee for HVAC services.
