I have used Saterlee HVAC on a number of rentals and the products are good but the install of new systems can be hit or miss on the quality and attention to detail. I haven't had any issues with any service calls on older systems, just a few on new system installs. I did have a drain pan crack and leak after about a year on a new system that they installed but they fixed it quickly under warranty and they were great to work with. The main Satterlee office put me in touch with John and John came and did a straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair estimate. I checked with 3 other companies and decided to use Satterlee because they were the most responsive, a fair value, respectful, and friendly. The 3 time we have called Satterlee in the past 2 years, they have responded the same day and sent a technician that fixed the AC problem! Each technician has been very professional. Great customer service!
I had a water line break and they were out less than a day later and repaired it. Easy to deal with and reasonably priced.
Satterlee is simply the best in the Joplin area. Thomas Coleman did an outstanding job getting our heating unit working properly again during 5 degree winter weather. Same day service from these folks, twice now, while their competitors always seem to be a couple of days out. Great customer service at a fair price. You can’t ask for more than that. They have earned my long term business and will be who I use at system replacement time. Locally owned truly shows!
