Dental work in general isn’t the most pleasant experience - especially if you need a lot of work done. I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 10 years due to not having insurance & being young and dumb. I had a bad tooth that needed extraction immediately. The receptionist got me in right away as I had no appointment; I just walked in on my way to Metro. Dr. Hackett, and that's exactly what he is, a hackett. At an appointment I had made for the removal of a tooth that kept going abscess, he screamed at me, refusing to remove the tooth and then charge my Insurance company for 5 teeth he never touched. Avoid at all costs!!!
They were wonderful about getting me in and my hygienist was amazing! I cannot recommend them enough!
Bugging me about some payment then doesn’t answer the phone. Idk why I couldn’t have just paid the day I got the procedure, weirdos drove west because online says Monday open till 8, get there closed
