Saunders Roofing Company is our Roofing Company of Choice. They re-roofed our 1930 Spanish tile home in the city carefully by hand. After twenty years, We contracted Saunders again to re-roof all of our commercial property in RVA. We are happy and satisfied with their quality of work and service. Saunders long-term employees are great to work with!
I had an extremely poor experience with Saunders Roofing. We were quoted around $6,000 to repair some roof damage and install TPO. Later, we received a different value in the mail, which was a couple of thousand dollars less. Saunders Roofing sent the team of Reggie Bush and Tyrone Williams to completely rehab the roof of my classic arts and crafts bungalow in Bellevue. That stamped tin roof, incidentally, was installed 101 years ago. Reggie and Tyrone did a masterful restoration job. After meticulously scraping and wirebrushing every inch of the roof, they secured each and every panel with stainless steel screws, applied sealants, and then recoated the entire roof.
