They very professional, ready on the scheduled time to bring my vehicle back to get started. I didn't have an appointment but was in the area and stopped by. They were able to accommodate me immediately. They did a great job replacing my windshield and it didn't take very long. They had coffee and a TV in a comfortable waiting area. Best of all, their price beat every other quote I got, by alot. I definitely recommend Save On!!!
I called to ask about repairing a small chip in my windshield. The person I spoke with seemed unfamiliar with my vehicle brand, had me repeat it several times, and then cut me off while I was spelling it. I was transferred to someone else who told me the entire windshield needed to be replaced without seeing the chip, asking for photos, or gathering more details.
