Thank you so much to the Staff at the Clinic. They treated my father with amazing care. Treated me as if they were in my shoes and as if my father was one of their loved ones. I would recommend this clinic any day! The staff made sure my Father was transferred to the best hospital possible for his situation (St. Luke’s). The staff ordered Lights, and Sirens to be on in the ambulance to get him the attention and care he needed quickly! Desiree was/is an amazing listener and just so understanding especially since I really couldn’t explain what was truly going on with me. She was patient and kind and I really needed that. Darleen was so helpful and took the time to ask questions to help me and if I need anything from any of these wonderful people I will most definitely go back and see them. The staff at this location was great! Quickest I’ve ever been seen at any clinic and the symptoms we came in with I expected to be a low priority but felt like we were treated as though it was a high priority illness.. very appreciative of Dr, Pa, nurse and tech that all assisted us. Also really like the chairs in the waiting area. lol not a big deal but helped with comfort level while waiting.

I walked in to the emergency facility and was greeted immediately. The front desk clerk was very kind and understanding and she facilitated my check in quickly. When I was called back, the doctor and nurses were very kind and I was given prompt and courteous care. I was very happy with how this facility cared for me when I was feeling not my best.

Awesome check in staff & medical folks! I needed to have a ring cut off and didn’t want to pay a big deductible… they checked my info and confirmed the deductible would be waived and they were quick to get me back for care. All went extremely well once we had the right tools to cut the ring! Including drive time … I think it was all less than hour of my time.
