I had an excellent experience at this emergency clinic. The staff was professional, caring, and efficient from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. Leah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our nurse Chris W. was amazing. I brought my mom to the emergency care, and we had a very positive experience. The wait was short, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They treated my mom with so much care and compassion, checking in on her and explaining everything clearly. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a stressful situation easier. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of her!

This was the first time I have used the Schertz Emergency Clinic. I need to do a test for my son for Strep, Covid, and Flu. They got me right in, swabbed him, and had results back in 15-20 min. I literally spent a collective 25-30 min total in the building. I was able to get a prescription and take it to be filled. I didn’t have to wait in a large ER that was overrun. The service was quick, efficient, and exactly what I needed for my child. I will absolutely be back when the next emergency strikes.

The staffs were so amazing from the check in until we left the facility. The wait time was less than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor. My daughter was treated and discharged to home and she has recovered very well. They are open 24 hours so super convenient for late night emergencies. Excellent wait time and amazing and attentive Nurses and Doctors.

Fanatic service from the front desk lady to the nurses and doctors! The hospital is very clean and orderly. The doctor I saw was compassionate and explained my symptoms in a way I can understand. He was amazing! My nurse was awesome and the IV she administered was quick with no pain from the needle stick. I highly recommend this Emergency Clinic.
