One stop shop. Being in an emergency type situation is never ideal but my experience here was exceptional. We had an AMAZING experience here!! We took our daughter in to get a couple of stitches and we were seen right away!! The front desk lady Desiree was super nice and helpful!! Our nurses Ashley and Courtney were so kind and caring the entire time helping us and explaining everything to us. Same thing with the doctor that helped us!! Dr Rayfield was amazing and every gentle and kind with our little girl!! And got the stitches done super quick!! We will definitely be going here again in case of an emergency!!

This was my first time using the Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic on 5/7/25. I was taken right in and immediately it was an "all hands on deck" approach. Everyone introduced themselves and let me know what their role was. They were professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic and use it again if needed. Thank you to Leah, Chris W, Joseph and Dr. Castillo for making sure I was well taken care of and treated with kindness.

I received the very best care here! From walking in the door to leaving was top notch professional and caring. I was treated with respect and kindness, my diagnosis was identified and treated. Unlike some places I did not wait hours for care, I was seen within minutes of walking in the door. I would like to thank the staff; Front Desk reception Toby, My Nurse Chris W., and Dr. Wells. Thank you again for such excellent and outstanding care!!!
