Best ER we’ve ever been to! The team was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful! Toby at the front desk immediately answered my call, informed Chris, RN, who was prepared for me upon my arrival. Chris ensured of mine and my husband’s comfort. Joel was efficient in running my CT. Dr. Rayfield and RN Chris were direct in giving me next steps. Each member worked together to get us in and out, while still providing us with sincere needed care. Very much appreciated this care team!

Hands down the best service we've ever had at an ER/emergency clinic. Leah at the front desk was kind and quick with the check in process. Chris and Joel were absolutely amazing and Dr. Gonzalez was kind, efficient and great bed side manner with our daughter. Would recommend this clinic to anyone and will definitely be a returning customer when medical services are needed.

One stop shop. Being in an emergency type situation is never ideal but my experience here was exceptional. From start to finish this place was fast, efficient, organized, clean, but most importantly kind and very much patient care driven. Dr. Gibson and his team gave me 5 star treatment from the moment I walked in. They listened to me and my concerns, did a thorough work up, and best of all I never had to leave the building. We had an AMAZING experience here!! We took our daughter in to get a couple of stitches and we were seen right away!! The front desk lady Desiree was super nice and helpful!! Our nurses Ashley and Courtney were so kind and caring the entire time helping us and explaining everything to us. Same thing with the doctor that helped us!! Dr Rayfield was amazing and every gentle and kind with our little girl!! And got the stitches done super quick!! We will definitely be going here again in case of an emergency!!

I received the very best care here! From walking in the door to leaving was top notch professional and caring. I was treated with respect and kindness, my diagnosis was identified and treated. Unlike some places I did not wait hours for care, I was seen within minutes of walking in the door. I would like to thank the staff; Front Desk reception Toby, My Nurse Chris W., and Dr. Wells. Thank you again for such excellent and outstanding care!!!
