Fantastic experience. My son hurt his ankle and we brought him in. We were immediately brought to the back and had an x-ray in less than 10 minutes. A CT scan quickly followed and they were incredibly thorough. They gave me recommendations for an orthopedic and called to check in later. Great place for emergency care!
Absolutely top tier care and service. The perfect mix of care and efficiency. They understood my condition quickly and were very helpful and respectful, getting me exactly what I needed, treatment-wise. The staff is awesome and I can't recommend them and the facility enough.
After two separate visits for two completely different issues, I can honestly say this is the best stand-alone ER in town. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard. Thank you so much to the Staff at the Clinic. They treated my father with amazing care. Treated me as if they were in my shoes and as if my father was one of their loved ones. I would recommend this clinic any day! The staff made sure my Father was transferred to the best hospital possible for his situation (St. Luke’s). I walked in to the emergency facility and was greeted immediately. The front desk clerk was very kind and understanding and she facilitated my check in quickly. When I was called back, the doctor and nurses were very kind and I was given prompt and courteous care. I was very happy with how this facility cared for me when I was feeling not my best.
