Thomas Buena our rep was awesome and went out of his way through the whole process despite injuring his knee. Very professional and informative. Got us a great interest rate and reasonable payment plan! His team that installed our new roof did a wonderful job and were timely. I highly recommend this company and if necessary would do business with them again.

Schottenstein Roofing recently replaced our storm damaged roof. ****** ****was the salesman. We would like to commend Schottenstein for such a proactive, caring, conscientious employee. He went above and beyond explaining the process. He checked on all phases of the install. He picked up metal, screws and braces that the gutter crew left in the snow. Also repaired a vent pipe in the basement. Thank you Schottenstein for a job well done.

I would be remiss if I did not report the Great job! by Schottenstein Roofing. The roofing team was punctual, polite, and professional. The project manager provided me with a progress update via text. During the tear-off of the roof, my landscape was tarped and left in perfect condition. The shingles and the underlayment look first-grade. Most of all, I was impressed by the workers' smiles and how diligently the men worked together. The roofing was completed quickly.
