DO NOT HIRE....I am a client of Daniel Smith in NORTH CAROLINA. I keep calling getting voicemails leaving messages and getting no response. I hired them in December of 2024. I have spoke with his secretary Linda Reid and thats it. No attorney will contact me back

Disappointed with Schuerger Shunnarah Trial Attorneys Unfortunately, I made the mistake of putting my trust in Schuerger Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. My assigned attorney, John Higgins, seemed like a nice guy — but we only spoke once. Since May 2025, my case manager was Alexis Hendrix, who consistently failed to respond to texts or calls. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!. Hands down the worst attorneys you could hire. From the case mangers to the attorneys are horrible at communication. Mt case manger was Sara E. She is the absolute worst at returning calls and when you finally talk to her she tells you she "will into that Mrs... and I will get back to you" which she nevers does. Don't hire these lawyers. They do not communicate with you. I have called and called with no response. Send emails after emails with no response. They do not fight for you or go to war for you. My case has been going on for 16 months now with very little communication. Sorry I agreed to have them represent me.

It is so hard to talk to my para legal or anyone other than the operator. And then she can't reach anyone. No one ever returns my calls, text or emails. SMH. Sitting in limbo is so exhausting. Not sure what to do with out hearing from anyone. Is this even a real law firm? I just don't know...
