I am deeply disappointed in the service provided by this firm. My settlement has not been finalized, despite numerous calls and attempts to expedite the process. The accident occurred in December 2023 when I was hit by a drunk driver. Now, in August 2024, I have yet to receive any form of payment, and my hospital bills remain unpaid. Literally have been trying to reach my “case manager” for weeks now, every time I call I get the run around also I haven’t even spoken to my actual lawyer once since they’ve represented me. Needless to say I absolutely regret picking up the phone call from these guys when they called to represent me.
