Would give them 0 stars if that were an option. Very poor communication, they will just text you, but they will never pickup any calls that you make to them. The only reason I found out that they had canceled my case was because my chiropractor told me that they had canceled. No one at the office reached out to contact me to tell me that they would be dropping the case. Would never recommend this place to anyone who was in a car crash that was caused by a reckless driver hitting your vehicle.

This was my first car accident and working with this firm has been a terrible experience. They had my case for 8 months and it was beyond frustrating from start to finish. Firstly, the communication is BEYOND poor, the other reviews are not lying! It was impossible to get in contact or get a call back from anyone, you literally have to haunt them down and pray you can get everything accomplished within that one call. If you are in need of an attorney you should call them. They listened to my wishes and needs and went above what I expected. Sara was the assistant I worked with and she was awesome.

Called them on the day of my accident. The lady I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. Before I had left the hospital later that day I received a text message letting me know they were on the case. Told me once I was home & feeling better to get back with them so we can move forward.
