This service department is amazing! While I’ve always had great service in the past with Jaguar, Mercedes and BMW, it was never so great that I took the time to praise them in a public review. But the service department at this dealership is deserving of such praise! My Service Advisor, Michael Pagan, is exemplary and I never doubt I’m getting the best advice and service for my car! I’m originally from CT and this was my first time visiting the Lincoln of Delray Service center. I stopped in to make an appointment and they took me in right away. Charlotte was very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone was extremely nice. My car was serviced in an hour. Very happy with the whole experience,

Schumacher Lincoln really came thru in my time of need. My new Corsair experienced engine trouble on my way from Orlando to Delray Beach Florida. Charlotte Major in the service dept gave me a loaner, had my vehicle diagnosed and repaired in a little over 24 hours. I would use Schumacher again because of the excellent service provided by Charlotte.
