A fantastic experience. My car battery died the night before my visit, and first thing in the morning, without an appointment, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour. As a regular customer with a service appointment, I was assaulted by a driver in the V.W. service drop-off area. The dealership didn't do anything about it. Road rage and vehicular assault with intent to cause bodily harm. I requested the tape of incident, and the management implied that it was a civil matter and that I needed to call police first, while it incombs to them under the premises liability. This is becoming a very unsafe area. Occurred March 19th, 2024, at 8:50 am, Schumacher Volkswagen, West Palm Beach.
